So grateful for this place and staff. Our toddler needed help the day before Thanksgiving...no openings anywhere and these nice people got her in and out so quickly. Our 4 year old always cries at the doctor but the ataff was so nice and made her comfortable. Thanks for all you did for her.

I went in for an appt. The receptionist & assistant were all great however, I left very disappointed. The provider who I have no idea what her name was came in just to tell me that we were going to wait on results for strep and flu. She came back in and tells me they are both negative and she was sending some prescriptions over to my pharmacy. After asking her what these scripts were. I was on my way out the door. She did not bother to check my ears, look at my throat(which is what I came in for plus a cough) or even check my breath sounds. Also, apparently I had a credit on my account. I cannot remember the last time I was here but pretty sure its been longer than a year. So they have held on to my money this whole time. Will not be coming back.

We had a good experience - Friendly staff. We were walk in and were able to be seen. I was worried about my child’s shortness of breath and they immediately checked his oxygen level which were fine. It was a wait because they had a lunch break and it was about 30 minutes after for the appointment. They had us take flu, covid, rsv tests to confirm and the NP prescribed the medications needed. Always do your due diligence to decide on the medications you will actually use.

The front office as well as the nurse were absolutely WONDERFUL!! The Dr left a lot to be desired. You could definitely tell he was ready to go home, but got the job done. 100% would recommend, but if/when I have to go back, I hope to see a different doctor.

Walked in sick, no one in waiting room. Told the girl of my symptoms. She asked if I had an appointment. I said no, she said We don't take walk-ins until 2:45 PM. I said it didn't say that on your web site. She repeated her previous. I said there is no one here, she again repeated herself. I walked out, what a joke that place is.

My first time there today. Could not have asked for a more caring and gentle doctor. My experience was great from the front office staff to the nurses and the doctor. I will definitely be back.

I had the best experience here at expedian urgent care! Miss Mindy and the gentleman in the back name Isaac was so sweet and helpful and took real good care of me. . I definitely recommend coming here. I will be back! 10/10

We went in for my child and the provider we saw was so sweet. She made sure to listen to him, let him ask questions, and made sure he was comfortable during our visit. The ladies at the front desk? They were cold, unwelcoming, and clearly did not want to be there.
